Too many email messages. Can't see straight. Going to just delete them all. Presumably it's a sign that you've reached a certain stratum in the Ecosystem when that happens? Our head is spinning. No more cheese!
Only one thing. We were in the 200's in the Ecosystem not long ago, then pushed up to the 1000's. The Truth Laid Bear revamped his whole site recently, and we were back to the mid 200's for several weeks. Then, just the other day, suddenly we were in the mid 600's. His rankings are taken by many to be the closest thing to where it's at. In our opinion, it's not a good thing. Too much power in one place with no accountability.
Update: 'Won't delete emails from folks we know, natch.
Update II: And here's our real point. 'Were up at Goomp's over the weekend and got way behind in our email. Somewhere in there is a very important message about writing to one of our soldiers at the front. 'Hope we can find it.
Update III: Just checked over at TTLB Ecosystem and noticed several high-profile bloggers who have us on their permanent blogrolls -- Michelle Malkin, LaShawn Barber, Vodkapundit come immediately to mind -- have disappeared from the "Links by Source" list.
The price of fame.

Sometimes obscurity is it's own reward.

I'd delete emails... but I don't get any. *grin* And I'm not even gonna look for my rank in any system... yeah I don't wanna get depressed. LOL.

Sissy I think everyone is having problems with the system... not that we care what ranking we are anyway...right? RIGHT?! :)

Ranking? What's that? ;)

The only way for me to keep my blogsanity is not to look at TTLB rankings. The worst part is that paying attention to the rankings was influencing the way I blogged.
Technorati is frustrating, and not wholly accurate either, but at least it pays attention to topics, which are much more interesting than popularity.
