Having a ball

Plucking a pawful of superballs from her toybowl and setting them bouncing all over the kitchen and diningroom floors, Tiny signals the start of a game of crazyball. Check out that kick-a-foot action (right). The cat can be quicker than the eye when she's going for the gold (below).

Thanks to the camera's flash delay, we missed a couple of great ones, like the moment when the craziness overwhelmed the pussycat and sent her leaping four feet into the air, up off the kitchen counter to the top of the cabinets, where she froze, glassy-eyed, with ears back, listening to the call of the wild.
