Click here for larger image to check out shady connections the Democrats would rather not discuss, in this network diagram from Blogs for Bush.
"John Kerry decries the attenuated connections between the Swift Boat Veterans and Republican interests. Well, Kerry's campaign has numerous DIRECT connections to the far better-funded and truth-eluding 527s supporting his candidacy," notes KevinP of Blogs for Bush:
Let's see how aggressively the New York Times and Washington Post investigate these OBVIOUS and DIRECT connections to the Kerry campaign.
I dare any of these organizations to prove me wrong.
UPDATE: The DNC is boasting [via the Democratic Party Women's Vote Center] about partnering with these 527s:
The Democratic Party is partnering with MoveOn.org, People for the American Way, Campaign for America's Future, and dozens of other groups representing millions of Americans to organize a massive public mobilization. On Wednesday, May 14, join us by calling and emailing your representatives in Congress to let them know that the majority of Americans oppose more irresponsible tax cuts that go overwhelmingly to the wealthiest sliver of Americans.
As ends-justify-the-means types, these folk probably have no problem with double standards. Shady connections for me, but not for thee, anyone?
How very typical.
And of course the mainstream media will investigate the Democrats' ties to organizations like Moveon.org! In our dreams...! Ugh.
