"What does [the Left] stand for?" asks Roger L. Simon, and he doesn't like his own answer:
People attack me online and often in person for having left the Left. But this lack of anger management (and, yes, the right is filled with it too) is part of what caused my retreat. But it has caused the Left something far worse. Because of its reliance on blind rage and hatred, the Left virtually no longer exists as a body of ideas . . . (No wonder no one seems to know what John Kerry stands for -- there's no there there.)
