Stopped in our tracks by this awesome quotation posted by Cry Freedom (found him in our Site Meter stats):
The whole history of the progress of human liberty shows that all concessions yet made to her august claims have been born of earnest struggle. If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet deprecate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground, they want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters
Frederick Douglass (1818-1895)
We've never before heard a more eloquent argument against welfare.
I posted that as a statement on the handover of power in Iraq I am tired of hearing how it was all for the oil or the occupation or the whatever hell other idiotic reasons liberals give. it was for freedom. and now the Iraqi people have a chance to enjoy freedom, in spite of the beheadings and the propaganda movies and the liberal ranting.

Douglas knew what freedom and responsability mean. Today's so-called Liberals are fascist cowards, and there is no hope for Western Civilization if their view prevails.
