"Let's be clear who is responsible for this."

In a surprise visit to Iraq, Secretary of Defense Colin Powell joins Ambassador Bremer for a news conference just before 7 a.m. EST. An emotional member of the press loses it over the recent killing of two journalists and has to be politely escorted from the room. Colin Powell pauses, says he understands, then clears the air:

"Let's be clear who is responsible for this."
