Preprandial exercizes

Just before dawn Baby runs across the room, leaps into the air and lands on the couch back, velcroing in with his claws.

In the moments before breakfast, the animals are restless.

He moves down onto the couch seat, lurking ominously over his sister below.

On the qui vive beneath the coffeetable, Tiny plans her next move.

The paw is quicker than the camera's eye, and we missed the actual moment when Tiny and Baby -- after much field observation and strategic planning -- clashed in a ball of flying fur and venomous hissing, moving in the general direction of the kitchen.
