There's something happening here
Egad. David Gergen on Chris Matthews' (sitta, sitta) MSNBC show is wicked upset over Zell Miller's speech last night, saying there are lines that can't be crossed. [Aside: If you haven't caught Zell's dressing down of Chris last night, check it out, via Wizbang!]
Gergen is huffing and puffing and trembling with righteous indignation. How sweet it is. First time we've ever seen the ever neutral "apolitical" Gergen loose his cool. His worldview is crumbling beneath him.
There's something happening here
What it is ain't exactly clear . . .
I think it's time we stop, children, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
There's battle lines being drawn
Nobody's right if everybody's wrong.
